We are delighted to open expressions of interest for the Inspire Scholars Programme for Years 9, 10 & 11 to non-selective state schools from all of our link regions: Ealing, Harrow, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and Southampton!
The Inspire Scholars Programme for Years 9, 10 & 11 is a pioneering, sustained-contact opportunity for students aged 13-16. The programme has been collaboratively developed with input from 24 pilot schools, alongside a number of external teachers and other education professionals, in order to offer schools super-curricular and aspiration-raising opportunities for students, career-development roles for teachers, and support for parents & guardians. Following the successful pilot, we’re delighted to be able to roll out the Inspire Scholars Programme to all St John’s College link regions.
The Inspire Scholar’s Programme recognises the importance of each school’s community in supporting students to reach their academic potential. Our expanded programme offers a range of exciting opportunities, from Inspire Clubs to Teacher Conferences, and Summer Schools to parent information sessions, to ensure that our Inspire Scholars, their schools, and their families feel supported, excited, and engaged with higher education options.
To express your interest in registering for the Inspire Scholars Programme, please follow this link and complete the Expression of Interest form. Our Programme Coordinator will then get in contact with you. We require schools, in the first instance, to commit to enrolling students who will be in Year 9 in the 2022/23 academic year, and who will remain on the course until the end of Year 11. Participating schools will then have the opportunity to enrol a new cohort of Year 9 students onto the three-year course each academic year. Completing the expression of interest form does not represent formal registration onto the programme.
We look forward to working with schools across Ealing, Harrow, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and Southampton! We would be delighted to discuss any aspect of the Inspire Scholars Programme with you. For enquiries, please contact:
