Whilst starting university can be exciting, it is perfectly normal to feel nervous or have slight concerns. At St John’s we know that moving away from home and adjusting to university may be strange at first – but don’t worry! Many of your peers will share these emotions, and there is plenty of support available to help you settle in.

We also recognise that stress can emerge at any time – it is not simply confined to Fresher’s week. That’s why we have a wide support system in place to help you during these times.
