From the Big Bang to Biology: Finding Patterns Through Mathematics

Katie Croft uses mathematical modelling to simulate the HSC system, to try to understand its dynamics. In this lecture, Katie highlights how science is a multidisciplinary subject, where a model for one aspect of biology (such as stem cells) may be applied to understand other biological systems.
